4Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. winrm12 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or sources whose owner's identity cannot be verified.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Members may withdraw winnings using the same payment method used for their deposit. winrm12 has a strict verification process to ensure all withdrawals are securely processed to the rightful account holder.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets (TnG, GrabPay, Boost) are typically completed within less than 5 minutes after approval.
• Withdrawals to a bank account via FPX may take between 30 minutes and 1 working hour.
• Winrm12 does not charge withdrawal fees for any of the standard listed payment methods.

8Prohibited Conduct

• Registration by individuals under the age of 18.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities.

If an account is terminated for valid reasons unrelated to a breach of terms, the net balance remaining after all pending transactions have been settled will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Any balance associated with bonuses or winnings obtained in violation of the terms will not be refunded.
